About Me
My passion for healthy eating started at a young age. I’ve always been surrounded by a family of great cooks. My love of food led me to follow my heart and train as a chef at the world renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School in County Cork, Ireland. I went on to study a PgDip in Food Product Development and have gained experience working as a cookery tutor, food product developer and menu consultant. Nowadays, as a busy mum of three, I’ve built my dream business around my family.
Hungry Munchkins was founded while I was on maternity leave with my second child.
In 2017, I set up Hungry Munchkins baby weaning classes. I saw first hand how starting solid foods can be stressful for some parents. Wading through all that information can be a challenge. I wanted to show parents how to cook healthy, homemade food for their baby and family without all the fuss.
