With little adaptions, meals can be made suitable for your weaning baby. Eating habits of babies and toddlers can last a lifetime - let’s set your children up for a lifetime of healthy and happy eating!
Slow Cooker Chilli Con Carne

Apple and Cinnamon Oatmeal Muffins
Apple, cinnamon & raisin sugar free oatmeal muffins. A great baby led weaning snack, lunchbox idea or snack for busy older kids and adults!
Moussaka
This is my moussaka with a twist. I've added in some green lentils - a good source of protein and soluble fibre for your weaning baby. For a bit of a change, I've also used beef mince instead of your traditional lamb mince but use whatever you can get your hands on. Both lamb and beef are great sources of iron for your baby and very important to introduce from 6 months +
Turkey Meatballs
Healthy, easy and delicious, you're guaranteed to win with these turkey meatballs. A great midweek dinner recipe. You could batch cook the sauce and meatballs & freeze them separately so you have them at the ready for busy days.
Coconut Cardomom Rice Pudding
This sugar free rice pudding recipe is so creamy with the perfect texture and sweetness. A perfect dessert for all the family including baby and toddler. This can be prepared in advance and frozen so you have a supply on hand.
Chicken and Apple Balls
These chicken balls make great party food for both kids and adults. They are delicious served both hot and cold and are a great idea for school lunch boxes. These can be offered as a finger food to your baby from as early as 7 or 8 months as they are nice and soft and easy for your baby to handle.
Baked Salmon Risotto
A super easy oven baked one pot baked salmon risotto recipe. A must for fish lovers. A great way to introduce fish to your weaning baby.
Turkey, Feta & Spinach Burgers
A delicious turkey burger recipe with some hidden veggies - kid tested and approved! A nice light lunch, dinner or lunchbox idea. Suitable for freezing too.
